Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data Use7en — the mobile app, the web version at app.useven.uz and the Telegram mini app — collects, why, and what you can do about it. The data controller is "GRAF-CORP" LLC, Beruniy street 87, Samarkand, Republic of Uzbekistan.
What we collect
- Phone number — to create your account and sign you in with a one-time code.
- Sign-in details. If you sign in with Telegram, Apple or Google, we receive an account identifier, your name and, where you allow it, an email address. Apple's Hide My Email is supported.
- Date of birth — once, to confirm you are 18 or over.
- Profile details you choose to add: name, username, photo, language, country.
- Your records: portfolio positions, journal trades, signals you take and the deposit and leverage you set for them. We price them against market data and never connect to your broker or exchange accounts.
- Messages you post in discussions and support requests.
- Payments: the amount, currency, status and time of top-ups and subscription purchases. Card details are entered on the payment provider's page; we never receive them.
- Technical data: app version, device model and system version, push notification token, IP address, error logs.
What we do not collect
We do not receive card numbers, bank details or exchange API keys, and we have no access to your funds.
Why we use it
- to create and secure your account;
- to show signals, calculate portfolio and journal results and send the alerts you turn on;
- to process subscription payments and keep your balance;
- to confirm your age;
- to answer support requests;
- to find and fix faults and understand which parts of the app are used;
- to meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share only what is necessary with providers acting on our instructions:
- the hosting provider whose servers run the Service;
- Telegram, to deliver one-time sign-in codes;
- the payment provider Multicard, to accept payments;
- push notification services (Apple, Google);
- market data providers, who receive instrument symbols only, never your identity.
We may also disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it.
Where data is stored
Data is stored on the servers of a hosting provider we have a contract with and is only transmitted encrypted.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is open. After you delete your account we remove your personal data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep longer (such as payment records).
Your rights
- Access and correction — you can view and edit your profile in the app.
- Deletion — delete your account in the app or by email to support; we act within 30 days.
- Notifications — every alert can be turned off in settings.
- Withdrawing consent — you can withdraw consent to processing by deleting your account.
- Tracking — we do not track you across other companies' apps and websites.
Children
Use7en is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to production data is limited to staff who need it. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update it and tell you in the app in advance.
