Terms of use
These terms govern your use of Use7en — the mobile app, the web version at app.useven.uz and the Telegram mini app (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by "GRAF-CORP" LLC, Beruniy street 87, Samarkand, Republic of Uzbekistan ("we", "the Operator").
By signing up for or using the Service you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, the Privacy policy and the Risk disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Use7en is
1.1. Use7en is an information and analytics service. We publish trade ideas ("signals") — instrument, direction, entry range, stop loss and targets — together with market data, news, an economic calendar, performance statistics and tracking tools: a portfolio and a trade journal.
1.2. Use7en is not a broker, an exchange or an asset manager. We do not execute trades, do not accept or hold your money or assets, and never connect to your broker or exchange accounts.
1.3. Signals and other content are not personal investment advice and do not take your financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance into account. Every trading decision is yours.
2. Who can use the Service
2.1. You must be 18 or over. We ask you to confirm your age when you sign up.
2.2. Trading may be restricted by the laws of your country. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
3. Your account
3.1. You can sign in with your phone number (a one-time code is sent to Telegram), with Telegram, Apple or Google. One person, one account.
3.2. Keep your details accurate and do not share access to your account. You are responsible for what is done through it.
3.3. If you think someone else has accessed your account, contact us straight away.
3.4. You can delete your account in the app or by asking support.
4. Free and paid features
4.1. Part of the Service is free. Full access to signals and other paid features requires a subscription.
4.2. Payment, subscription periods, the in-app balance and refunds are covered by the Public offer. By buying a subscription you accept it.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- forward, publish, sell or otherwise share signals or other paid content with anyone else;
- post advertising, spam or links to other paid signal services and channels in discussions;
- insult other users or post unlawful, fraudulent or misleading content;
- impersonate the Operator, its staff or analysts;
- attempt unauthorised access, bypass restrictions, scrape the Service or interfere with how it works.
6. Intellectual property
6.1. The Service, its design, code, signals, analysis, texts and trademarks belong to the Operator or are used by it lawfully.
6.2. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own purposes. Copying, redistributing or commercially using its content without our written consent is prohibited.
7. Your content
7.1. Comments and other content you post stay yours. By posting, you allow us to show them to other users of the Service.
7.2. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
8.1. Trading carries a high risk of loss, up to everything you put in. See the Risk disclosure.
8.2. Past performance of signals does not guarantee future results. We do not promise or guarantee any profit.
8.3. Market data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. The Service may at times be unavailable.
8.4. The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, the Operator is not liable for losses resulting from your trading decisions or for lost profit.
9. Suspension and termination
9.1. We may restrict or end your access if you break these terms or the law, or when required by the authorities.
9.2. If access is restricted because of a breach, a paid subscription is not compensated.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. We will tell you about material changes in the app in advance. Continuing to use the Service after they take effect means you accept them.
11. Governing law
11.1. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
11.2. Disputes are settled by negotiation first, then by the court at the Operator's location.
